With Experimental Menorca a full service
concept was launched, inspired by the same
relaxed approach and sophisticated service
of the groups restaurants, bars and hotels.

As with all of Experimental Group’s properties, on-site dining emphasizes the abundant fresh and seasonal produce from the area; in the case of Experimental Menorca, much of it will come from the house’s own garden.


Both interior and al fresco restaurants are offered—including a 30-person communal table.
